Systems Analyst · New Orleans, LA
Infrastructure stability. Process automation. Technology lifecycle management — at one of the most iconic hotels in the South.
I'm a Systems Analyst embedded at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, operating under the Marriott International umbrella. My work sits at the intersection of hospitality operations and enterprise IT — keeping the technology that powers a world-class hotel running seamlessly, invisibly, and reliably.
From ensuring network switches stay current to scripting automations that save department heads hours of manual work, I treat every system as a guest-experience touchpoint. If a credit card terminal goes down at midnight, I'm the person that gets the call.
